Collections, Sets and Editions

Our knife collections are designed for chefs and cooks of all abilities, whether you’re investing in your first set, adding specialist tools to your existing knife kit or treating yourself or a special someone to a personalised set of knives.

Barring our limited or special edition blades, every single one of our knives and sets can be customised with your choice of material, liner colour, handle shape and pins. And complimentary laser blade engraving is available on every knife, meaning you can add a name, cipher or special message to make your knife undeniably yours and completely unique.

Our sets are all made to order (apart from DNA sets) and take 3-4 weeks to make.
