The CL18 Chef’s Knife is an exemplary take on a mid-sized European chef’s knife; comfortable, balanced and precise with a fantastic rocking action along the length of the blade. It is just as perfectly at home preparing a rack of lamb as it is a stack of turnips, and will find a home with new and experienced cooks alike.

To accompany the blade choose from a curated range of woods that not only look the business, but are selected for their durability. We’ve some glorious Yew from a Hampshire graveyard, British Oak (in both the regular and brown varieties), some lovely Tamboti showing off the heartwood and the sapwood together, some gnarly and fascinating Wild Mango, the ever-playful Wild Olive and last – but certainly not least – possibly our favourite wood of all time, the glorious Mozambican Mopane.
