The Original Savernake All-Rounder

After a year of top-secret R&D and field trials, we’re looking to launch a brand-new range of outdoor knives in 2025 – but given the interest this little number has incurred from workshop visitors, we thought we’d just slip it out for a limited run to the end of the year.

The 12cm concave, curved blade is supported by 3mm spine and the contoured handle is – as with all our knives – full tang and riveted on using a 2-tonne press and some marine epoxy for good measure.

The handle material itself is the fantastic (an now sadly extinct) graphite micarta that was made by Tufnol in Birmingham. We have some of the very last sheets in existence – and when they’re gone, they’re gone – hence the limited nature of this run. Amazingly grippy in the hand, it’s also astoundingly durable.

Each knife comes with a 3/4 length wet-moulded sheath and the option of having the blade cerakoted in black, or left plain with our brushed finish.

Every blade is hand-sharpened to 17º, for a fantastic combination of sharpness and durability.
