The Final Word in BBQ Blades!

You’ve heard of legumes, you’re enlightened vis-a-vis potato salad and you’re fully up to speed with the concept of leaves but that’s not for you. The Braai Boss craves flesh – to slice, chop, render unto chunks, dismember, strip, peel, carve, dice and present as a mouth-watering array of everything from chicken to mutton (if you can find it!), from beef to pork and even a whole turbot when the going’s good and you have a fair wind.

We’re doing a limited run in our distinctive ‘Home’ Colours of Orange and Anthracite, and then the reverse ‘Away Colours’ of – you guessed it – Anthracite and Orange. The orange handles are sand-blasted for a matte effect, while the anthracite ones are pleasingly glossy.

We’re assuming you’ve got your mainstream chefs’ knives covered here, and so we’re concentrating on the specialist stuff – flexible filleting, rigid boning (!), epic serrated slices and some full-on cleaving.
