You’re a pretty switched-on type of person. You’ve got your kitchen blades covered but when your blood’s up and it’s time to set amongst the coals then specialist tools are required. The Charcoal Chef set is designed to plug your gaps, extend your functionality and turn everything from portioning a whole side of slow-roasted pork belly to a series of perfectly juicy spatchcocked chickens in to a complete walk in the park.

We’re doing a limited run in our distinctive ‘Home’ Colours of Orange and Anthracite, and then the reverse ‘Away Colours’ of – you guessed it – Anthracite and Orange. The orange handles are sand-blasted for a matte effect, while the anthracite ones are pleasingly glossy.

We’re assuming you’ve got your mainstream chefs’ knives covered here, and so we’re concentrating on the specialist stuff – flexible filleting, rigid boning (!), epic serrated slices and some full-on cleaving.
