Maybe 16-hour brisket’s not your thing, or modern life doesn’t allow for exquisitely prepped and served all-day pork belly. If you want to dominate the world of short-order BBQing; spraying out homemade burgers, succulent steaks, pepper and onion skewers, seafood medleys and racks of lamb as fast as the hordes can consume them, then the Griller Gorilla is for you. It’s all about keeping the range tight and together, light and nimble and to hand when you’re on the spot and your grill’s on fire.

We’re doing a limited run in our distinctive ‘Home’ Colours of Orange and Anthracite, and then the reverse ‘Away Colours’ of – you guessed it – Anthracite and Orange. The orange handles are sand-blasted for a matte effect, while the anthracite ones are pleasingly glossy.

We’re assuming you’ve got your mainstream chefs’ knives covered here, and so we’re concentrating on the specialist stuff – flexible filleting, rigid boning (!), epic serrated slices and some full-on cleaving.
