Taking our popular SN17 British Steel knife and putting it through the Custom treatment, this is a splendidly elegant and perfectly-balanced blade. If you’re not convinced by the tyranny of extremes, then the gently curving edge will see you through everything the kitchen throws at you.
Made from scratch in our Wiltshire workshop, the blade is 14c28n and small batch-hardened to the optimal 60HRC. Hand-thinned, the cutting knife is substantially less than 1mm thick behind the cutting edge, creating an effortless experience that’s akin to using a scalpel on air.
Each of our STRATUS handles are subtly unique, and are presented here in our favourite (and distinctive) contoured variants. Created over months of collecting our excess polymer resin in to custom-made troughs, they’re comfortable, striking and durable.

Custom Knives
We aim to despatch all orders within 3-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the materials we use.
All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed in specially-designed tubular Savernake packaging. This delivery method is insured and requires a signature from the recipient.
