Are your knife sets suitable for professional chefs or home cooks?
Whether you're a home cook looking to purchase your first handcrafted knife set, or a professional chef wanting to expand their collection, our knife sets and collections are suitable for any level of culinary capability. We have sets containing a variety of different blades as well as smaller specialist sets. Whilst dishwashers are convenient, never put any of your knife set blades in the dishwasher. They will not enjoy being sprayed with salty detergent and being heated to 80ºc. Instead clean your knives by hand.How should I care for and maintain the knives in your sets?

Yes, each Savernake blade is available to buy individually. You can find them via our custom knives page which also allows you to take a blade and make it bespoke to your liking.How long does it typically take to receive a knife set after placing an order?
