• Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, this applies to non-personalised Kitchen Knives only. If you have engraved or personalised the knife it cannot be exchanged or refunded. Custom knives are non-refundable.
• Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

7. Liability

• Warranty: Our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Specific warranty details are provided with each product.
• Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

BBQ Promotion Terms and Conditions

Purchase any two BBQ knives or one BBQ set and receive a free honing steel when you spend £100. The free honing steel is the Savernake orange handle honing steel. This limited-time promotion is available from August 2nd to 16th, 2024, or until stock runs out, whichever comes first. The offer is also valid in our BBQ retail stores. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Honing steel is automatically added at checkout when two BBQ knives are added to the basket.

Social Media Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 This competition is brought to you by Savernake Knives.
1.2 This Competition will run for the “Competition Period” which is stated.
1.3 By entering this Competition, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). The details of the Competition form part of these T&Cs. You should print and retain a copy of these T&Cs for reference. Any breach of these T&Cs may result in a prize being forfeited at Savernake Knives' sole discretion.
1.4 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man or The Channel Islands aged 18 years or over except employees of Savernake Knives and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.

2. How to Enter

2.1 Every person who meets the Eligibility Criteria (“Entrant”) shall be entitled during the Competition Period to enter the Competition.
2.2 Entrants may enter the competition by liking the Savernake social media post, following the relevant collaborators and signing up to the link in the bio during the Competition period unless otherwise stated on the Competition post.
2.3 The Competition must be entered in each Entrant’s own name; it may not be entered on behalf of anyone else. No bulk, software-generated, automatic, or third-party entries shall be accepted. If a false name is used, that Entry will be disqualified.
2.4 Multiple entries accepted, unless otherwise mentioned. In this case, each Entrant is limited to one Entry. If more than one Entry per Entrant is received, or if any Entrant attempts to submit more than one Entry by using the same, multiple, or different names or social media accounts, all such Entries may be deemed void and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Competition.
2.5 Only Entries that have been completed correctly and in full will be entered into the Competition. Savernake Knives does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed, or damaged Entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect, or delay or any other technical malfunction.

3. Winner Selection

3.1 The Winner will be chosen by means of randomized selection from all valid Entries.
3.2 Winners will be chosen at random by an independent adjudicator.

4. Contacting the Winner

4.1 Savernake Knives will make reasonable efforts to notify the Winner of the Prize by email. The winner will be notified shortly after the competition has ended by email.
4.2 If the Winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the Winner and pick a replacement winner.
The Winner will be asked to provide a UK postal address for the prize to be sent to.

5. Limitations of Liability

5.1 Savernake Knives reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel the Competition at any time. Savernake Knives' decision in all matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.2 The Prize must be taken as stated and unless otherwise specified cannot be deferred. There will be no cash or other alternative offered. Once a Prize has been allocated it cannot be transferred and must not be sold on.
5.3 Savernake Knives, including its officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents, excludes all liability for any losses and/or damages of whatever nature and howsoever arising in relation to these T&Cs, this Competition and/or the Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
5.4 In consideration of being awarded the Prize, if you are the Winner, you may be required by Savernake Knives to take part in publicity related to the subject of the Competition. Such publicity may include, without limitation, use of the Winner’s name, photographs (which the Winner will provide on request) and statements made by the Winner concerning the Competition and/or the Prize.
5.5 The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of the Savernake Knives competition, unless given marketing consent at the time of entry. The data will not be shared with third parties.
5.6 This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook/Instagram/Twitter, and Facebook/Instagram/Twitter shall not be liable for any losses whatsoever arising from this Competition and/or the Prize.
